INFLUENCE OF RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT ON TASK PERFORMANCE: ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT AS MODERATORS

Abstrak
This study explores the influence of relationship management on task performance among lecturers in Konawe, with a particular focus on the mediating role of career satisfaction. A quantitative research design was utilized, with data collected through a survey of 193 lecturers in Konawe. Structural equation modeling was employed to examine the relationships between relationship management, career satisfaction, and task performance. The results demonstrate that relationship management significantly improves task performance. Additionally, it was found that relationship management enhances career satisfaction, which in turn positively impacts task performance. Career satisfaction acts as a mediator between relationship management and task performance. The study highlights the significance of relationship management and career satisfaction in improving task performance. Institutions that prioritize effective relationship management are likely to see an increase in lecturers' career satisfaction and, consequently, their task performance
